About the Creator

The creator of OpenWiki Engine has a long history of developing educational and linguistic projects. Passionate about Japanese culture, anime, and manga, he has built multiple online Japanese-English dictionary projects over the years.

He also wrote a comprehensive manual for learning Japanese, starting from basic grammar structures and moving to advanced kanji with more than 20 strokes per character.

OpenWiki Engine is a continuation of his vision to create transparent, secure, and self-hosted tools for knowledge management.

How You Can Contribute

OpenWiki Engine is currently in Alpha, but there are several ways to get involved safely and legally:

Help improve guides, manuals, and tutorials for users of all levels.

Testing & Feedback

Test the engine on different systems and provide feedback on usability and bugs.

Plugin Development

Create small, optional plugins to extend functionality while keeping the core engine lightweight.

Community Projects

Participate in open-source educational projects, localization efforts, or translation initiatives for Japanese-English learning tools.

Current Status
